These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at primecoaststudio.com (the "Site") and the LottoPrime mobile app for Android (the "App"), operated by Prime Coast Studio LLC ("Prime Coast Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. The App and Site are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, informational purposes. You agree not to:
The content on the Site — including text, design, logos, the Prime Coast Studio name and mark, and graphics — is owned by Prime Coast Studio LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
LottoPrime is a statistical and informational tool for lottery players. It is important to understand:
LottoPrime is an unofficial tools and utility app. It does not sell, buy, or enter lottery tickets, does not pay out prizes, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Powerball, Mega Millions, MUSL, or any state lottery. Always verify winning numbers and any prize claim with the official lottery.
The App creates an anonymous account automatically so your settings and entitlement can be associated with your device. You may optionally “Continue with Google” to make your access durable across reinstalls and devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any linked sign-in secure. Our handling of the related data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App offers a Premium subscription that unlocks features such as full statistics, the wheel generator, unlimited saved sets, and the full results checker. New users receive a free trial; after it ends, continued access to Premium features requires a subscription.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the App, or by following the instructions at primecoaststudio.com/delete-account.html. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription — cancel that separately in Google Play.
The Site and any apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Coast Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or our apps.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and these Terms don't apply to them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
