LottoPrime is a tools and utility app for lottery players — a number generator, statistics viewer, draw-results tracker, and results checker. Pick your state — New York, Texas, California, Florida, Georgia, or New Jersey — and see just the games played there, alongside the national games like Powerball, Mega Millions, Lotto America, and Millionaire for Life. It is unofficial and not affiliated with any lottery, it does not sell tickets or involve real-money play, and it does not predict winning numbers or improve your odds.
When you first open LottoPrime you get 5 days of full access to every feature — no account and no payment required. During the trial you can try the statistics, the wheel generator, and unlimited saved sets. The Home screen shows how many trial days remain as it gets close to ending.
Move around the app using the five tabs at the bottom: Home, Stats, Wheel, Sets, and Settings.
LottoPrime covers National, New York, Texas, California, Florida, Georgia, and New Jersey — 14 games in all. Use the state selector (the location chip near the top of the Home screen, also reachable from Settings) to pick where you play:

Statistics are a Premium feature. During your trial they are fully open; afterward you’ll see a preview with an Upgrade to unlock overlay. Statistics describe past draws only — lottery drawings are random, and past frequency does not predict or improve future results.

You’ve made it all the way through the boring “what it is” and “how it works” — but let’s face it, you already got it before you even finished clicking around. You came here for actual tips. Randomly flipping toggles and moving sliders around doesn’t really feel any better than just hitting quick pick.
You know what a heat map is when you see one. Abbreviated wheels? Sure, you’ve played around with them. But they’re kind of a pain when you’re out and about, you just remembered Powerball is tonight, and you want to throw in 4, 5, or 10 sets real quick. I used to groan knowing I’d forgotten to put a list together earlier when I was at my PC with all the info and tools I needed.
That’s changed. I don’t need my PC for my picks anymore. My process is the same — it’s just one tool on my phone.
If you can’t hit the big one, the next best thing are the rolldowns. Run enough wheels, play enough sets, and you get lucky here and there. Here’s my thinking, my process, and how I use it.
My process starts with a chunk of draws that have already gone by. I like to use a lower number — maybe 30, 40, 50 draws — because I can really see the hot/cold map pop when I do that. The most frequent and overdue numbers are more prominent in both lists. Once I land on a draw count that looks good, I check the average sum at the bottom of the screen. The average and most common sums are right there, which lets me tighten my filter a bit for the wheels.
Now with some numbers in mind, I look at the wheels I want to run. Before I even start selecting numbers or picking a wheel type, I open the filters. Even though I’ll play a mix of hot and cold depending on the recency bias I’m seeing, I generally lean cold when I pick. So my first filter is no repeats from the last two or three draws, and I’ll limit the sum range to whatever I settled on from the stats screen. When I go back up to the numbers selection, I can see a bunch of numbers highlighted — those are the ones my filters are flagging to skip. That’s the key for me: building decent wheels means eliminating as much as I can upfront. As I start tapping on numbers, I can already see the estimated set count update in real time for any of the wheels. Then it’s a matter of seeing if 3/3, 4/5, etc. are hitting the sweet spot of sets I am aiming for.
Then comes the satisfying part. Numbers are selected, filters set, wheel chosen — full or abbreviated. Maybe a key number if something is really hot or really cold that I like. Hit generate. Whether it spits out 30 sets or 150, I scroll the list and check off the ones that look right. Once I’ve picked my favorites, I save them at the bottom and they’re right there waiting in my saved sets.
What takes me minutes now — I’m embarrassed to say how long it used to take me to organize picks on my PC. Now when I stop for gas and glance over at that glowing sign telling me how big the Mega Millions is tonight, I can have a set of numbers ready to go and play before the pump clicks to a stop.
